BrainAccess SDK is a unified collection of C/C++ and Python libraries for controlling BrainAccess devices, streaming EEG data, and performing real-time preprocessing and BCI analysis.

Access BrainAccess devices through your preferred development environment. Low-level C/C++ APIs allow tight integration, while the Python API enables rapid prototyping.
Core Device Control Library
The BrainAccess Core library provides full control of the EEG system: configure channels, manage device states, receive callbacks, and stream EEG and auxiliary data.
Connect Library for Preprocessing and BCI
The BrainAccess Connect library offers essential preprocessing functions and includes built-in BCI algorithms such as SSVEP and P300, ready to integrate into research or interactive applications.
Real-Time Python Access
The Python SDK gives direct access to device configuration, data buffers, annotations, and streaming EEG. Ideal for closed-loop experiments, real-time BCI, and rapid development.
Cross-Platform Integration and Open Ecosystem
The SDK is designed for seamless integration across operating systems and open source tools, allowing developers to embed BrainAccess devices directly into their workflow.
MATLAB Support via LSL
While a dedicated MATLAB API is under development, users can already stream EEG to the Lab Streaming Layer (LSL) and collect it in MATLAB.
